Our judgement about ourselves kills our consistency.

We judge ourselves for doing the 3 days a week instead of 7 days a week. We forget that 3 days a week is being consistent for half a year.

We judge ourselves for being disciplined just 2 hours a day. Forgetting that if we stick to 2 hours, our focus will increase and with it our time.

But we judge.

We judge ourselves for not finishing the task. Forgetting that doing the task everyday is more important than finishing the task.

We judge.

So let’s stop judging and start appreciating the small progress we make everyday as these small steps lead to long term consistency.
